By using our site and purchasing our goods, you confirm you are of legal age to view and buy the materials found on this site. If we discover that you are under age to purchase these items, we have no obligation or duty to supply you with any items on this site or continue with any orders from you. All monies for outstanding orders will be refunded and the orders cancelled.

All prices are as stated on this site, with exception for errors and omissions. If any prices are listed incorrectly, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or if we cannot contact you, we will cancel and refund the orders and items that are affected. We are not obliged to supply items at an incorrect price, and prices stated on this site do not represent a contract to supply goods at that price. All prices apply only to this site – you may from time to time find our goods for sale elsewhere, either through resellers or from our stall at markets and festivals. We are not obliged to offer you any deals, offer or pomotions that exist on this site if you are buying our goods elsewhere.

All product photos and descriptions are to the best of our knowledge accurate and correct. All photos, pricing, variations, descriptions and other elements of product information are subject to change. The product listings on our site do not respresent a promise or contract to make those goods available for sale. How our goods are displayed depends on monitor set up, including colour balance and brightness. Differences in monitor set up may lead to slight changes in colour representation. We cannot gaurentee that you will experience our product photos as an accurate reflection of the product, and we do not accept returns if a product arrives that is not the shade, colour or finish that you expected based on the product photos.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Please note that any order confirmation e-mails you recieve from us are acknowledgements only and do not constitute acceptance of your order. Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to completion of your order and dispatch of goods.
Our website, cart, pricing, checkout or any other aspect of your experience with Kinkclusive/Vegan-Kink do not represent a contract to supply goods. The only aspect of this process which indicates the formation or presence of a contract to supply goods is when you recieve an e-mail notifying you that your order has been completed. All orders will be fulfilled or cancelled and refunded. We do not retain funds for goods not supplied with the exception of cancelled custom orders and any situation where there may be a delay between payment and completion of the order. All orders will be processed within a reasonable time frame. For more information about custom orders, please read further down.

We do not accept any orders that have not been paid for in full. All dispatch times and waiting times apply only once full payment has been recieved.
When ordering from our site, your order is processed by our cart system and payment collected via PAYPAL which is a highly secure third party system. Your payment is processed by PAYPAL. This means we do not take or store your payment details such as credit or debit card details, personal passwords or any other private and personal details that you have not voluntarily and knowingly submitted to us. Please note that even if you do not have a PAYPAL account you can still pay via your credit or debit card and your payment will still be processed via PAYPAL. You can learn more about PAYPAL by clicking here. You may opt to send us funds by Direct Bank Transfer – this is at your discretion and we do not retain any information about your account details. Any orders made that are due for payment by Direct Bank Transfer must be fully paid for within 24 hours of ordering, if not paid for the order will be cancelled and you will be notified. Any monies that arrive after this point will either be refunded or you may place a second order.

Kinkclusive/Vegan-Kink aim to dispatch your order in 1-3 working days for items we hold in stock and within 1-3 working days of completion for custom and made to order items. If your order will be significantly delayed we will contact you via the e-mail address or phone number you supply at checkout. If you require goods by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. Our estimated dispatch times do not represent a promise or contract to dispatch or supply goods by a specific date. All orders will be fulfilled or refunded within a reasonable time frame.

Many of the products we offer, including but not limited to handmade floggers, whips, restraints, collars and other impact toys, are custom made or made to order.

Our estimated waiting time for custom and made to order items is 4 weeks. This is an estimate only, and does not represent a promise or contract to provide goods by a certain date.

We will keep in touch with you if anything changes with your order so please do not worry if you have not heard from us during the estimated waiting time. In the event that we are delayed in making or dispatching your order, we will endeavor to get your orders made and dispatched within a reasonable time frame. We ask our customers to be patient.

If you need your order by a particular date, please let us know at the time of ordering and if possible before ordering to so we can meet your deadline. Depending on how ‘rushed’ the order is (i.e. if you need it sooner than our estimated wait) there may be an additional charge (depending on the value of the order, time required to make it, availability of materials and how soon it is required).

The prices we charge cover the cost of the goods and the prices charged by the postal provider for the delivery service. Any additional fees, such as import tax and admin charges from the postal provider, are the responsibility of the customer. We do not quote these fees or charge an additional to cover them. Import fees vary by country so we advise that if you are ordering from outside of the EU, you familiarise yourself with your country’s customs and import laws.

If you buy products from us that are subsequently seized and/or destroyed at the point of import, due to being illegal to import into your country, we are not liable to provide a refund or re-ship the goods.

Goods and their value will be declared on the appropriate customs paperwork. We will be discreet where possible (e.g. simply putting ‘costume accessories’ for our floggers or ‘personal health goods’ for sex toys and safer sex supplies) but we will give as much information as we feel is necessary. We will not falsify the contents or their value on any legal paperwork.

As our toys are designed for intimate use and thus by their nature must be disposed off if no longer wanted, we are not obliged accept returns for any items unless they have are faulty or an incorrect item is sent out. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot offer a return, exchange or refund if a customer changes their mind about their order once it has been dispatched as we cannot be sure they have not been used and if they have been used due to the risk of physical contamination they cannot be restored in the same physical state as they were supplied. Thank you for your understanding.

In the case of custom made items and made to order items, we do not offer refunds on unwanted items unless the item is faulty or we need to cancel your order due to a problem at our end.

We take every reasonable step to keep all items on the website up to date. If for some reason we no longer have your item in stock or are otherwise unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed. We may be able to offer a suitable alternative or place your order on hold until we have restocked our crafting supplies but if unable to fulfill the order we will offer a refund.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, unless otherwise stated on any dispatch paperwork included with your order. We may ask to see a photo of the fault before deciding on a course of action. Where items are returned to us and found to be faulty, we will reimburse the postage cost and offer a refund, repair or replacement as appropriate. Please make sure any items returned are fully insured for posting to the original purchase value and that you obtain proof of posting, of which we may require to see a copy. Any items that are returned to us and found to be in good order will be returned to you at your expense.

Should you receive a parcel that is damaged in transit, please photograph it as evidence before opening – this makes it easier for us to file a claim with the postal provider and prove they damaged the parcel.

Please be aware that in the event of missing or damaged parcels, we only offer refunds or replacements up to the value of the postal insurance you chose when ordering.

All products sold are suitable for their intended use but sold as adult novelty items, any use is at the customers own risk.  If you have purchased a product and find it to not be as durable as you expected, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

All internet, mail order or telephone sales within the EU are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
The Distance Selling Regulations gives you, for 7 days from the date of receipt, time to check out the products you have purchased in the same manner you would have had in a shop, and to cancel the order and return the goods back to us for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, in the event that you don’t like them, however your right to cancel does not apply to:

Personalised goods or goods made to a consumers specification
Goods that cannot by their nature be returned

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
